Some obvious synergies, XX-9 plus Dodonna for example, not that he doesn't help the bombing run too. Jan's intel obviously helps those Bombers get where they need to atop their natural grit, the X-wings mostly being there to protect everybody, mostly Jan, as they get in position to finish off a target, as I imagine I'd do well keeping them close or at least out of the action until I can slam them all at something with those nice boosted comms plus a squadron token from Raymus I net immediately meaning effective command 5 each squadron dial. The CC is obviously also built to send shields to the AC which would then be who is supposed to take most of the punishment, though he went one game without so much as a scratch whilst the CC died so I have to figure out how to nail deployment...
