With the TLT and the Y wing title firmly entrenched in the meta I have been pondering a "soft" counter that would still be well rounded enough to be strong against other builds. This is what I was thinking:

I think sensor jammer on Horn can work, but you will want to give him predator so he's still modding both of his attacks.
Also, R3-A2 + wired is not a great defensive combo against anything shooting first. Just sayin because his Pilot Skill is 'only' 4.
I just posted a few minutes ago on another thread...I've been dying test out Predator and Sensor Jammer on Corran. It has worked wonders for my Guri...and should do the same for ol' Horn. You could easily make room for Predator by putting R3-A2 on a Blue Squadron Novice and dropping the idea of Wired.

I could also drop Red Vet to a stress hog or Tarn with R7.
I used to run Corran Horn with Predator, Sensor Jammer, R2-D2 and Shield Upgrade.
He was VERY difficult to destroy but he clocked in at 50 points.
Possible filler for the other 50 points could be 2 TLT Y-Wings, or 4 Bandits?
I wonder if a stealth device wouldnt be very strong with the jammer or autothrusters. I am of the opinion he doesnt need EU if he doesnt have PTL. Also Corran is one of the few ships where marksmanship is worth considering since it affects all attacks in the round.
I love Corran with FCS so much, I find it really hard to accommodate the idea of not using the tried and tested PTL, FCS, R2D2, EU. If I was going to use SJ I'd definitely switch PtL for Predator because being able to shoot twice is just too good to pass up the modifications. Marksmanship just doesn't make the grade for me in that respect since you are denied the option of other actions. I'd probably keep Engine so that on the turn you aren't shooting you can speed away ready to come around for another pass.
I was just thinking about putting SJ on Horn earlier today and decided that predator would be the best EPT, so it's nice to see that we all agree on that. The question that remains is what to do with the other half of the list, and what I really want to try is two refitted green squadrom A-Wings with ptl, juke and autothrustors, though I suspect that they lack the punch I tend to prefer in my lists.

2x FCS Blue squadrons?

You're probably right. Two TLT Golds would be my other suggestion.
The difficulty is having only 50 points left. There's always Poe Dameron. Round the list off with a Bandit.
