My Dad needs a store championship build. It doesn't need to be super-awesome or anything, but one he'll have fun flying. His personal favorite ships are the A-wing, E-wing, and the T-70 x-wing. Here are the builds I came up with for him using those ships:

Your first list is not bad, but I would tweak it to this:

Poe w/ Veteran Instincts, R2-D2 & integrated astro = 36

Blackmoon squadron w/ R7 & FCS = 33

Jake w/ Push the Limit, Predator, (a-wing test pilot), chardaan refit & hull upgrade = 31

If you'd rather have 4 ships, drop Jake for 2 prototype pilots w/ chardaan.

Opportunist doesn't work on Tycho. You can only use it when you have no stress and he will always have stress. You could always build a list with Corran Horn.

Corran Horn w/ Marksmanship, Sensor Jammer, R2D2 = 46

Poe w/ PTL, BB8, Integrated Astro = 36

Prototype pilot w/ refit = 15

leaves 3 points to play with that I dont know what to do with. I havent tried that Horn setup yet but I think it might do OK. I have had a lot of luck with Sensor Jammer keeping things alive lately. Also while Poe with ptl bb8 isnt the best build for him it is a good build for him and it is alot of fun.
