So the Ghost peg seems like an awesome support for such a large ship. I wish they had such a solution for when the Decimator came out. One thought I had is if they came out with a colored version of the base, would it fit the Decimator?

My guess is no. The peg and the model of the Ghost are probably designed specifically to work together.

Too true. But alas I'm not interested in epic. Looking for a cheaper, more reasonable solution.

Another thing to note, the base of the Ghost is actually different than most large bases. Look closely. The tabs for the number tokens are on the sides, not on the front and back. Unique base for the unique support tower.
