1) If you have scored Nisei MK II and the runner uses Inside Job to make a run and bypass the only piece of ICE on a server, can you use the power counter to end the run?

2) If you install Rabbit Hole and the you have another copy of Rabbit Hole in your grip, can that be installed also, or is it only from your stack?

1) short answer, yes. Long answer, go find the FAQ and use the timing structure of a run to parse out why this is so. Understanding the timing structure is enormously important.
