In my opinion, a HWK is far too squishy to be in a two-ship list, even with all the points you're throwing into making it more durable. Chewie and that Shield Upgrade are, at best, stop-gaps- with only two ships, it won't be hard for your opponent to focus fire on the HWK and bring it down no matter how many defensive tricks it has. If you want another TLT carrier, I might suggest Miranda, since she can at least regenerate health.
Interesting combo with Marksmanship+Experimental Interface synergizing with Jan and Kyle's abilities. I can't help but feel though, that as soon as Jan dies, it will lose some of its effectiveness, and I can't say if the benefits of the combination are worth all the points being put into it. Any combo that involves that many abilities is easy to get mucked up.

Without Engine Upgrade and stressing yourself every turn, Dash becomes way too predictable. I've ran this and its not a super-competitive squad but its a lot of fun:

Push the Limit (3)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Kyle Katarn (3)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Outrider (5)
Jan Ors (25)
Predator (3)
Twin Laser Turret (6)
Nien Nunb (1)

Of course its your standard Super Dash with Super Jan in support. My basic tactic was to fly them as far apart as possible but still in a range 3 bubble so Jan could upgrade the HLC to a 5 dice death beam. Your opponent has to choose which one to go after. If they go for Jan, she can be deceivingly mobile with that 4 straight and boost. A lot of times they will simply over shoot her. If you go after Dash, he's his normally hard to pin down self, all the while Jan is dishing out TLT pain. Its amazing how much 1 more dice adds in damage. It turns the already deadly HLC into a super laser. Even a turtled Soontir has to give it respect. You can run the HWK in a two ship list, but you have got to keep it out of the fight. Even with Chewbacca it will die to sustained fire. If they are trying to chase your HWK down, you've got a good chance.
I can't wait to try it with Kanan. You lose a bit of offense/defense without that sure focus, but you gain the entire dial minus the K-turn. You can also pull that stress off Jan as well.

I am loving the added mobility and predator. Totally right on 5 Dice Death Laser. That extra dice plus and almost guaranteed 2 from TLT can kill off most ships in one turn. Thanks again
