Hi!
On the Armorer talent tree, Saber Throw is in the second row, far left, 10 XP to purchase.
How do you buy it? It has no line connecting it to the row above it.
Do you just spend 10xp and get it whenever you want, since there's no prerequisite?
Or do you have to buy downwards through the talent tree starting with Gearhead or Inventor? Then buy your way down and to the left to get to Comprehend Technology, then spend less xp to start buying upwards on the tree again through Toughened to get to Saber Throw?
