Chireaneau Decimator has always had the edge on Dash. I'm confused by thread title. I know this because I play Dash, and Racks is a tough match if I'm not properly built to deal with it. Having sat down and done the comparisons, Racks is almost always more point efficient the way you've built it then a super Dash. Especially when Racks doesn't have the blind spot.

only the PS8 is whan made Deci better than Dash.

problem is Dash is just inadequate against PS8+ Boostwing meta.

With the isanne combo, PS for movement is sorta irrelevant since you can boost off of it precombat (after even epsilon ace has moved)

You forgot the evade token. After the shields drop on decimator Dash may as well have three dice, and still needs two actions/equivalents a round to make them count. While Racks has one built in at mid range. Also Dash crits get turned down on raw rolls, and Racks gets to turn raw rolls up to crits making them capable of doing far more damage to Dash in game. And he has higher Pilot skill, getting him the first target lock more than likely and obviously shooting first. It's definitely not a good prospect for Dash.

Racks is a **** good ship. It's not a bad thing to say he's better than Dash if it's correct. I'm glad he's working out for the OP.
