even without one of the Vader's, never put vader on anything but OGP or a decimator, doomed ship is going down so it needs to b a heavy hitter or cheap, and I cant say how gd engine upgrade is on vader to, id never run him without it
I tweaked it a bit but not 100% on it...
I dropped Predator on Darth but would it be better to drop prokets off someone instead?

I think your last list is the better so far. With all the Green that Juno gets I'd want PTL added somehow. Not sure stay on target is needed with Juno pilot ability. While I agree EU is great on Vader I've seen lists do well with out it. So another choice could be drop EU on Vader and take stealth device, and drop stay on target on Juno and take PLT.
Or keep Vader as is, drop stay on target and engine mk ii for PTL
I had PTL on Juno on my other list but with her ability and SOT it seems too good to pass up being able to react perfectly to opponent
