Is it just me being impatient or is wave 8 late.
I'm hanging to play the new ships (scum) and as like most addicted Xwing enthusiastic players, just would love to know when the pre ordered ships will be landing.
I think I need a Swiss round with my therapist !
I've been told repeatedly by a few FLGSs that release should be imminent and then seeing disappointing posts with other new releases and no X wing.
Likely not in the next week, because we're still waiting on a preview.
The estimate was January.

I think they'll ship by the end of the month and be released for sales two weeks from today.
Mid to end of February is my best guess.

FFG releases, like wizards, are never late. Nor are they early. They arrive precisely when they mean to. Or want to. Or something like that.

Which year?
Early october they were waiting on licensor approval, after that it had to go to the factory. After enough of the initial production run has been made, it has to be shipped and these days they're aiming for worldwide simultaneous release.
February would seem optimistic.

All I want is to run Valen Rudor with Soontir Fel for my "Bad News Barons" list(s).
And to run Valen Rudor with "Zeta Leader" and a Palpimator for a zanier, almost certainly less "competitive" take on Palpatine + two "aces".
Also the Ghost and the Mist Hunter might be fun, I guess. What's the point of Valen Rudor if you don't have the Ghost around to shoot him down? And that 4-L0M crew will be pretty good fun flying in the backseat of Grandmaster B.
But wasn't the T-70 X-wing and TIE/FO supposed to be in wave 8.
