Did they change the ruling on this again? The wording has changed from the last tourney faq. Do large ships no longer count for half points to determine match winner anymore? They seem to count mov only now. Does this even make sense? Got a tourney running on the 31st and need clarification.

No. The wording is less clear this time, but the intent is the same. There's a email floating around here from Frank and/or Alex saying that half points is part of win/lose as well.
