News previews somehow prevent you from purchasing things ? Wave 8 was announced months ago so it's not like it's new product you aren't already aware of. Just the last preview to see more detail of the ships.
Most waves prior to Wave 7 forced us to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks between each ship preview.
