We're playing the last mission of our Twin Shadows campaign tonight!

So, here's my question on Mak: the Mak player has the ability to 1) shoot through other figures, and 2) if the figure isn't dead after the first shot then Mak can shoot him again, and it counts as the same action if I remember correctly.

So if the first shot doesn't kill the enemy figure, can he utilize the second attack and CONTINUE to shoot through other figures?

2Strain: Exhaust this card after you resolve an attack. If the target figure was not defeated you become Focused. Then perform 1 additional attack targeting the same figure.

Nope, Target Acquired will be exhausted during the first attack. It specifically mentions “this attack”, nothing about attacks during the figure’s entire activation.

No escape allows you to perform an additional attack (AKA not a continuation of the first attack).
