The best thing to do with the Expose card is to burn it and warm your fingers on a cold winter's day...
I am being a bit silly, but honestly I don't think Expose is worth the paper it's printed on.
In terms of your other upgrades, 2 TLT Y-wing are solid choices, no problems with those. But you want Corran to have a significant damage output throughout the game to support them. For that reason I think you need to reconsider Corran's load out. Regularly triggering Expose, he won't last long, even with a Hull Upgrade. He's a fragile ship so you don't want to be reducing his defences at all.
FCS is a good choice, but flechette torpedoes are wasted on him. There are also better options for the Modification slot. Most people use an Engine Upgrade on him - better to avoid being shot at than to be able to soak up extra damage.
I'd advise:
Corran, Engine Upgrade, Push the Limit, FCS. He'll do much better.
If you really want the Flechettes, put them on a Y.
