I've got my own IMDB page. Does that count?
Would you care to share?

I played X-Wing with Timothy Zahn at Origins Game Fair in Columbus, OH in June of last year. Sadly, several folks at the table didn't even realize who he was. At any rate, I do not know if he still plays, but it was fun to sit across the table and game with him nonetheless.

Me, I play.
Do you know who I am?
Kris you are all we need
Robin Williams was also a pc gamer...battlefield 2 was one of his favorites...sniping camper mother******
Super big in WoW as well, iirc they have memorialized his character in game.
Also big into Nintendo, apparently. At least Zelda...
I used to drink beer all day and have a lot of unprotecte....
I was a bassist in a metal band once! Does that count?

This is unverified but I've been told by one of the art directors I work with from FFG that Sam Witwer plays X-wing and happens to be her friend.

As a fellow bassist...no :*(

I listen to the Order 66 Star Wars RPG podcast on occasion, and he crops up as a friend of the show. I think I remember him mentioning playing X-Wing as well as the RPGs.
Totalbiscuit and Angry Joe both play, although I think both like Armada better.
I, play X-Wing.
What, you've never heard of The Keff before! ???

Came to this thread just to make sure that somebody made this mandatory reply.
Some of you might know the program The Great British Bakeoff. It has a very popular Dutch version, and the 2014 season was won by 'Menno', who is, I think, still fairly well known in the Netherlands. The program would always introduce him by informing us that X-Wing was his other hobby. Aside from baking cakes, I mean.

I find this completely believable. He seems like a cool guy and we know he's a Star Wars geek.

God, I love that show. The British one. I'm going to have to go hunting for the Dutch version.

Is that why he killed himself?
Is that your attempt at humor? Maybe you should go take a nap or just keep your terrible jokes off this forum.

You taking the rip?
Is that really you or do you just share the name? I loved All's Quiet on the Western Front.
The only celebrity I can say for certain played games was that Robin Williams played (or collected) Warhammer. And the only way I can say that for certain is I have actually seen pictures someone took with him inside a GW store. Beyond that, I think it is all hearsay.
I know someone who played against him - apparently he played Eldar, and was really entertaining to play against - he'd do voices, and the like.
I'm no celebrity but many are familiar with my work.
You win, I just have a few small show credits as an animator.
DUDE! I remember your Outer limits episode!!!! (It's actually my second favourite one behind (spoiler) they're changing me back!)
Also Battle beyond the Stars... Complete SW Rip, but because of that it's awesome in itself.
Edited by DariusAPBI believe Howard Taylor, the creator of Schlock Mercenary paid with his kids. Unless it's Dan Wells. I occasionally confuse the two due to their work on Writing Excuses.
Edited by AminarSorry guys...just a poor joke I'm afraid. We share a name that's all.
You may however refer to me as John Boy from now on if you like ;-p
