I played at a tournament at this store on January 18th. It was a FFG winter tournament pack. They had 24 players and it was announced that they would have 4 rounds of swiss and cut to a top four play off. The TO did really seem to know what he was doing didn't use any type of software had tables starting at different times(I had a new player that i was trying to show how to set up when the clocked started) when the second round hit I had barley sat down when time had started when other players tried to explain that we all needed more time to set up he told us we had 5 minutes then time would start. Him being a player himself I thought that was odd until we got to the 4th round then it all made sense. It was getting late and it was announced that they would not be playing the 4th round and cut to the top 4 which I missed barley with only one loss I needed that 4th round to make it in the top 4. It was also announced that they were going to do a store championship and applied for regionals. I love xwing and the community, however I feel as though this was bad form and if something was to happen like that at a store championship or a regional it would not be good. I really didn't want to be "that guy" but the more I talked with other players and TO's they all suggested I say something so I am sorry guys but I had too
