Has anyone made a checklist card for new players or for experienced players to go over during a ships activation?
Has anyone made. . .
- am I activating a ship that is about to force a collision because I should be moving another ship first?
- have I remembered to look at my dial?
- have I remembered to shoot at my opponent?
- am I using all relevant upgrades for my attack/defense?
- has the enemy ship I'm about to maneuver close to already activated, do maybe I want to stay at medium range of all those black dice?
it seems I add new items to my checklist every tournament...

I did this at a tournament recently, activated my gladiator first and parked it right in front of my victory in turn one. Once I realized what happened I was amused at my stupidity.

I was thinking something card sized to put into a sleeve so that people not used to the game or who need these kinds of things can take a dry erase marker and check things off.
I use the back cover of the Rules Reference book
- am I using all relevant upgrades for my attack/defense?
- Activates ship
- Fires weapons
- Moves ship
- Opponent's turn.
- Remembers Tractor Beam.
- ... @#*&.

I think we have all been there, done that and have the T-Shirt.
