Hi, yesterday was my birthday and during my celebration i thought it was a great idea to put my x wings on top of the cake, because there wasnt nerly enough str wars in it. But when i looked to put one of them back into its shelf i noticed I had lost one of its laser antennas, after looking for it for the better part of an hour i have decidec to adlmit that it is lost, any ideas on how can i replace it?
I broke and lost one of my t 70s x wings laser antennas, any ideas
Hobby stores sell thin sticks in plastic and various metals you can find something close...paint to match..and use some putty to build up the little C shape thing.
Or....
Cut the entire model to pieces.Make an awesome debris miniature and buy a replacement.
Edited by VelvetelvisOr just remove the other 3 to match and use it anyways.
Battle damage.
Reduce the primary weapon value by 1 for any pilot that model represents. Unfortunately them's the breaks XD
battle damage
around the 7:52 mark he starts painting some blaster scoring, should work on the xwing as well
Only roll 2 attack dice.
After market turned brass gun barrels.
Battle damage.
^ This.
I had the same thing happen like a year ago with one of my original X-wings, and I decided to just make it look like it was in one HELL of a fight.

Go ghetto and glue a piece of a toothpick to your x-wing. Paint it.
Toothpick? I like it, a true jousting x-wing.
Onwards to glory Sir Bigs, for Lady Leia!
A bit of paperclip the relevant size and a tiny tiny drill bit. And some glue and paint.
Take a pic and send it to FFG and request a replacement. Don't tell them about the cake though, saw it was from regular table top play. I've heard their customer service is good on that regard
I would definitely turn the model into a terrain piece. Debris or a spiced up asteroid!
And then go get a replacement!
But more importantly, who ate the barrel!!??
buy a new one and remove one barrel from it and glue it on to the broke one!!!!
Listen very carefully next time you go to the toilet. If you start going 'pew pew pew' instead of 'poo poo poo', then at least you know where it went.

Very probably my brother the kid is 10 years younger than me (he is 11 turning 12 in may and I'm 22) but he already weights as much as me jajaja he is a heavyweight
I'll try the customers service way, does anybody know the mail direction where i have to send the pictures.
In the mid time i have a ton of spears and flagpoles, so the only real issue is doing the T tip, or i could cut all 4 and replace them all with spears for a spearheading X wing, and keep the antennas as bits for turrets and more dakka(sculpting turrets for my Y wings was a pain)
Scenography is out of the question since i'm just a poor boy(ok not really but in comparison i dont have that much disposable income) and every ship counts
Ok, seriously, just dry brush a little black on the place where the laser barrel attaches to the wing, and claim it as battle damage. Simples. ![]()

And if the customers service doesn't send you one, I could build one and send it to you. But I have the feeling the shipping costs would be brutal (I'm from germany)
