But Poe at his usual build is 38

Is Poe going to be a better pew-pew for the points every time in you guys opinion? I ran red ace in test game and he was best butI can't help but wondering if Poe would perform a similar role but better.

Red Ace's survivability exceeds Poe's. If you're comparing solely tankiness Red Ace wins.
