I won a SC last year with Whisper and RAC. I know the new meta with VI Poe and TLTs doesn't really favor the Deci but I think with the right upgrades it would do fine. How would you build your decimator to fight the new meta and how would you load out whisper?

My current whisper is

VI, SJ, and ACD.

I know a lot of people don't like the SJ but it works wonders against turrets and it also is helpful vs Poe. It make him decide whether or not to use that focus on offense and be naked for defense.

What are your thoughts and recommendations?

Works pretty well, RAC's objective is to burn the highest PS Ace/Phantom counter before dying, while Whisper cleans up the board.
