I scoured the Index of useful lists, but didn't find anything. Is there a list anywhere of which cards come with which expansions?

There's a card browser here that lets you look things up by name, slot and by source.

The squad builder that I use has a "Card Browser". In addition to that, when you are using the builder, the description of every upgrade lists which expansions it comes with.
