that was what I was going with for the item. A player is going with the Kyuzo custom race and wanted to have their War Helmet at some point in the game. The reasons I chose these stats and qualities: It was mostly ever used either as a shield or as a thrown weapon. It did not seem to ever do much damage to the more powerful characters, it was mostly thrown at minion type characters. It wasn't sharp, it merely did damage in a blunt force manner. It often knocked down hit targets but did not always return back to the wielder. It was used in defense against blaster shots mostly and when targeted in melee combat did eventually suffer damage.

It's certainly not overpowered. I'd allow that in my campaigns, no problem.

I intended it to mainly be for the knockdown effect and for cool storytelling purposes than for straight damage. Minions will certainly get hurt by it.
