Last night I was trying to figure out a fun list that would include two vanilla Blue Squadron Novices or Red Squadron Veterans, and I came up with this.

I call it ​Blount Force Trauma​. It has little to no synergy, but it makes me laugh (seeing it fly in formation is just glorious) and it seems like it would be hilarious (and fun) to actually play. So that's the plan.

Lieutenant Blount with Veteran Instincts and Ion Pulse Missiles (21)

What are some squad lists you guys have created that stand no chance in the current meta, but make for some funny or entertaining casual play (and they could even have a theme!)?

Nera's APTs throw 7 dice, and they all hit, even if I roll 4 blanks, provided I set up my FCS and have a focus, which isn't too hard.

I'm saving my troll lists and I'm going to start a thread called "Gersun's troll list of the week". It is going to be awesome, I'm just waiting to get some more practice games.

But I can't decide if I want the 3rd ship to be Talonbane with Glitterstim, or a Tansarii Vet with title/mangler/PTL/shield.

Pretty much anything with talonbane and expose. 6 dice at range 1 but action not munitions limited.

Also when i get it together several sycks and a mist hunters with tractors and the largest asteroids i have

I am planning to test 4 Blue Squadron Pilots with Tractor Beam and FCS, not doing damage, just planning to get as most ships as I can on asteroids or out of the table.
