This is the first time I've posted a fleet on this site.
I have played in one shop Tournament, and this Sunday am heading to the National Capital for a fun game.
I love playing Rebels, and have experimented with a few different lists against my local mate, who is a better player than me, and sometimes I come close to winning, though not often.
Tonight I got thrashed trying to play with too many fighters and making too many bad decisions.
This list is what I'm thinking of taking to Canberra for SpaceCon. I only have these ships (and one of them I have borrowed).
I like going second, forcing the opponent to choose my mission, getting the advantage in setting the terrain, and getting a slight advantage in deployment. I like watching the enemy setup, and then swinging on them like a barn door from one flank.
Thoughts, comments, suggestions?
I'm mostly looking for ideas about:
1. Fighters - is this enough of a speed bump, or should I not even bother?
2. Missions - particularly the yellow one - but also "superior positions". Is it worth it when I'll probably win deployment anyway?
3. General policy of unit positions, etc.
Remember, these are the only capital ships I have...
Thanks!
