If the objective allows, sit back and make them come to you. Hammer them as they come in close and use the H-6 as area denial.
Thanks Blaklanner! Appreciate the comments
U need Jan Oors in that list somehow if you want the Scurrgs to be a threat. One enemy squad could lock them down and with 2 blue Anti-squadron they dont have the ability to fight themselves free.
The A-Wings should be able to provide sufficient cover unless they have a serious interceptor wing. If you feel that you need the extra protection, you can change out a bomber for her. Just realize that there are no escorts allocated to defend her.
Edited by BlakLannerGoing dual mc-80's means you'll have to save as many points for squadrons as possible. For both MC-80's, I would take the cheaper command variant. Put ECM on both of them to keep them alive. Engine techs are a god send for MC-80's. With one nav command, you can have an MC-80 do a complete 90 degree turn. For a large ship, MC-80 with engine techs offers great maneuverability.
The rest of the points...dump into squadrons and maybe a title. Defiance is great, but that means your enemy will always know which mc-80 you will activate first.
A really tanky squadron build usually involves Jans and escorts. So either the x-wings or the yt-1300s. Wedge, 2-xwings ( or yt-1300s) and Jans will stay alive for a while, giving any bombers cover for their bombing runs. And if you do decide to take Wedge, you should seriously consider taking Dutch for their combo.
