I would say a Tie Defender with Stealth Device to get a 4 and be the most survivable, but they are expensive for point

In terms of sheer numbers of green dice rolled, that would be a StarViper or Aggressor (IG-88) with an illicit cloaking device and Stealth Device: 3 base agility + 2 cloak + 1 stealth = 6 dice before obstruction or range modifiers. Add another ship with lower PS and the Bodyguard talent to increase agility by one more. Palob Godalhi will often have the necessary focus token. If shot at with a Single Turbolaser, that's 14 green dice! Of course, doing this means you're not shooting that round, so this is more of a thought experiment.

Besides, only the TIE Phantom can equip Advanced Cloaking Device. VI Whisper and VI Echo can often attack and recloak before most of the return fire comes in.

IG cant take Cloak

i am likeing the TIE Phantom Advanced Cloaking Device. VI Whisper and VI Echo combo thinking of putting on a sensor jammer and for the crew a tactician, and Mara jade

also a TIE Interceptor (alpha sqd pilot) with autothrusters for the last 20 points
