For what it's worth, I found an old Super Nintendo cartridge at a thrift store and cut the board from that for mine. It might take a while to find a clean one and it won't be completely accurate, but it was cheap and easy and looks pretty decent.

I would see what's out there for not over the top priced mace windu replica... Deblade it..replace the blade holding guts with a 5 dollar laser line tool and slap a blue cellophane over the emitter and see how purple it gets.then...find a trophy store that does lettering and have them put ' bad mother ******" on the handle.
