So will the colored peg packs be the ones that fit all of the ships, or everything except wave 7 and Force Awakens?

Anyone who plays with FO's or Punishers knows that the ships slip off the pegs unless you dig through all of your pegs and pick the specific one that came with it.

Will the extra pegs be old pegs, or post wave 7 pegs that the ship won't SLIDE OFF OF WHEN I GO TO PICK UP THE SHIP GOD DAMNIT.

I'd assume that the new mold in the TFA ships is now the standard. So, even if you bought a reprint of an older ship, it would still behave similarly, as that component likely all comes from the same factory.

Just my guess, though.

I've heard that if you smear a little ice cream on the peg and let it dry, it fits nice and snug.

(Or was it Elmer's glue?)

Oh it was definitely ice cream....chocolate to be precise

Yea I just have all my pegs in a bag, and try a bunch of em till they fit, but I hope the colored ones aren't a problem.

All my T-70's and TIE/fo's are wobbly as Hell. No pegs fit. I bet the new colored pegs will be the same.

I'm looking into buying bigger plano boxes to store my ships with the peg super-glued on... and be done with slippage and wobblage.

I'm going to magnetize mine.

All my wave 7+ stuff uses a newer peg size, the holes and pegs are slightly larger, so if you use an old peg in a new ship it won't stay at all. And a new peg in an old ship won't fit at all. I went to a magnetic standing storage system, so they're all on the correct pegs all the time anyway (super glue is optional for me, unless something is broken), works pretty good. I also only use 1 peg when possible, it's just easier and looks fine to me.

I use magnets on everything, including Large ships, to eliminate the possible wobble. It is easy to do, and you can get all the supplies you need for upwards of 30 ships for around 20 bucks total.

If the ships are too loose, tear off a small piece of the plastic bag and fit it over the peg then install the ship. It's too easy of a fix to ***** about a loose ship.

I havent had an issue with any of my t70s (3) or tie/fo (5)

Anything that is a little tacky that you can rub on the pegs fixes this, but it is frustrating.

The Chosen Pegs, the pegs to fit all ships.

Oh man, I thought it was just me. It's actually kind of comforting to know I'm not the only one that struggles with this.is it sad that I haven't flown my FO's much because I can't stand the ship pulling of when I go to move it? I didn't realize that new pegs actually fit it. All my pegs went into one big bin. Oops.

Blu Tac, or U tac.

Take a small piece and put it in the cup. You can easily clean it out later if you wish with a toothpick or needle.

I do this with all my large base ships as they seem to lose their bases easily when you pick them up by the ship.

Haven't had any issues with the ships in the TFA core set, or my punisher.

I've actually found that the pegs are the same size, but the newer ships have bigger holes. Even the pegs that come with the ships don't fit properly. Started with the K-Wing for me.

Hopefully the coloured ones fit ok. I've ordered two packs of the purple ones and don't want them to be pretty much unusable.
