My questions is regarding some Imperial class cards that don't say exhaust or deplete but have a bonus to them. The best example I could find was from the Precision Training deck, specifically Find the Weakness. It states the following

While an Imperial Figure is attacking, apply Pierce 1 to the attack results.

Now my question is, is this usable with all Imperial activations in a round? Such as can I activate my guards and use it on both of them and then activate my troopers and all 3 of them be affected as well? Seems pretty OP to me.

Not only that, but if you're running any Mercenary figures, it also applies to them. So have at those pesky Rebels.

I'm guessing that's an expensive card though.
