Cloud cars are very cool and I for one would love to see them in the game. And besides, who's to say they are atmospheric only? That's not really cannon anymore.

He measured for target lock and left the ruler down after.
No roids are floating off the mat. It's just not directly over the planet part of the map.
The dice must be from last round.

I think Rebels would get a T-47 Speeder before they get a T-16 skyhopper.
