So I left my kenkirk card at the store a few weeks ago. No one has seen it.

I asked FFG support how I could get another one. They sent me one free of charge, just got it today.

Definitely one of the best customer support services in the business. Back in November i had four ships with busted receiving pegs on the bottom of the ship. They replaced each one in a matter of a few weeks. Thumbs up FFG. great service.

They are great. I received a detached and broken antenna on my Gozanti. While trying to figure out what it was and what was missing, I broke the guns on top. I sent them an explanation and pictures. They sent me a new gun and antenna component. I now have a happy Gozanti. Also, I am happy as my toy is no longer broken.

I had an issue once they got back to me very quickly and was great. Then another time they did not reply. Every..... lol

Both were valid issues and I had the documentation etc.

Maybe they are focusing on Customer service again. My issue is local stores here in Missoula, montana, small stores not including hastings, or Barnes and Noble will not stand by their product. Any defects, broken pieces, or missing pieces are not covered and they make customers contact FFG directly. Its VERY annoying! Sometimes FFG seems good sometimes there is an absolute void in customer service.

Definitely fine examples of commitment to their customers and the quality of their product. I for one don't mind supporting a company with my dollars.

Have had a few things replaced over last few years

I emailed them once asking if I could buy a dial because I had lost mine

They sent me the dial, plus all upgrades that came with the expansion. Everything except the ship, free of charge.

Just dont abuse their generosity. Because if you do you'll just ruin it for everyone including yourselves
