Hi im just curious if any one else experienced this... I opened my new Isd box and the only thing I got is the model... Lol... The cardboard box that should contain cards counters etc. was empty...

However, if you bought it from a 3rd party seller, like on eBay or Amazon (non-Prime), contact the seller and ask for a refund. Then turn around and buy it again from another source.

Yea ffg will send you a new ISD if you ask, Then you will have one to play with and 1 to Display

They have a really good customer support and are usually pretty quick

take a picture of everything, contact FFG customer support, many stories on here about their excellent customer service.

I myself had a few squadron sliders in the starter set that hd their centre slot off centre and thus couldn't fit in the fighter bases. took a picture, wrote down the problem, got fitting ones sent to me. no hassle.

FFG customer service is probably some of the best in the industry. It really is a company that understands an unhappy customer is always going to be a bigger long term cost than good customer support.
