Most worthless command card

I open this thread today to freely discuss which do you think is the most worthless command card in the game today.

IMHO it is parting blow, the card itself is OK not my super cup of tea though for its points. My problem is that FFG thinks its so great that it spams it in every single brawler release they have made for the game. God dammit i already have it 6 time and since im buying the bantha rider i'll have it 8 times. 8 time for a card that is so so. My problem is that i'll rather have them make new cards instead of bringing the same one over and over and over and over again.

So for me Parting Blow is an underwhelming card, that takes valuable desing space and has become the go to way for when designers dont want to bring new command cards in their releases, Truly worthless in my opinion.

Anyway which command card do you find rant worthy and dont like in your command deck and much less taking your valuable figure packs card space

That one, can't remember what it's called off the top of my head, that lets you not activate any figures that round until you have more unactivated deployment cards than your opponent. Pretty worthless now that the pass rule is in play, only allows you 1 extra turn of stalling.

"Sit Tight" I believe. I would vote for that as well, but I'll give another for variety sake.

I'm gonna go with Lure of the Dark Side. It can only be used by Vader (no other imperial force user at present), and the chance that this special action will be better than a force choke is almost nil. Guaranteed 2-3 damage at range from force choke vs. the potential to block an attack from any other small figure is pretty limited.

It can be a gamechanger if all the right things happen, but it suffers from such limited application that I never see it used.

Next on my list would be improvised weapons. If either one worked without spending an action, I would change my tune.

Any card that gives you a free attack is an awesome card.

Sit tight is completely worthless now.

I like parting blow ok, especially if you have way to remove conditions.

Sit Tight isn't completely worthless- that one extra pass means that you will activate last in a round which can be pretty good, especially with a unit like Boba.

I would say Knowledge and Defense or Behind Enemy Lines.

I didn't knew that, my problem is not with the card itself, its a little underwhelming for 2 points, at least for my playstile which doesnt really rely on brawlers.

The problem is that in an expansion pack featuring 5 command cards, chances are that if the expansion is about a brawler, 2 of the 5 will be parting blow, so the card has become sort of an excuse for lazyness in a way. I can get having parting blow in wookie warriors and rgc but now also in Bantha Rider. Make a new card for brawlers for gods sake

My problem with parting blow is that people seem to forget that it stuns you---- which I think it shouldn't do for 2 points. Maybe 1.

Hmmm... never thought about the focus issue. That would be SOOOO annoying!

Ok so in defense of parting blow - it's an extra attack in one round thus to balance it they take away one action on your next turn (the stun). Your job is to work around that with other cards or recover abilities or just eat it. Play the card when it is advantageous. But it's a whole other attack from a character. That's huge when you play it smart. If it's not your style that doesn't make the card worthless or even remotely so. And on it being in a lot of sets, not everyone buys every set and not very set even comes with more than 3 command cards. So if a set comes with five and two are parting blow, you didn't miss out on anything.

With lure of the dark side, just take a second and think. Yes it's only usable by Vader. There are many cards only usable by one specific named character, because most of them are super strong in the right timing. But there are two or three awesome cards that Vader can use as a dark side force user. That's where the extra punch from him comes from. Put them all in and welcome to the pain party. Now, lure of dark side Luke, Leia, Chewy, Boba Fett, even another Vader. Still think the card stinks?

Sit tight yeah it got way downgraded with the new pass rule. And that's good. I don't mind sit tight becoming almost useless (see previous poster who did point out a legitimate use for it.

I'm no fan of improvised weapons, but it does let your wookiees shoot someone when he's stunned and doesn't have two activations to walk and punch. That being said there are way better cards to put in a deck :)

When a squishy tries to run by, you can reach out and... WHAM! Sometimes it takes them off the map, and that's worth getting stunned over.
