Been a while since I've played, but with all the shiny new stuff I can't stay away any longer...

Was playing around with an old favourite (Jan with 2 HLC,FCS Blues) using some of the newly previewed cards:

25 - Jan Ors (HWK)

2 - Decoy

3 - Kanan Jarrus

5 - Ion Cannon Turret

3 - Moldy Crow

22 - Blue Squadron Pilot (B-wing)

2 - Fire Control System

4 - Proton Torpedo

2 - Extra Munitions

1 - Tractor Beam

0 - Guidance Chips

I have a hunch that it will still suffer to nimble aces, but it should be able to drop large ships or TLT y-wings pretty fast! The extra crits from 2 proton Torpedoes seem like a fair trade for the HLC, and the tractor beams feel like a great way to set up an even nastier shot.

Thoughts?

Frankly, I'd rather have FCS + HLC. To make this work better, you might want squad leader on Jan. It won't help the b's against PS 9+, but at least one of them will have a better chance of getting a much needed first turn target lock...
