Yeah probably too squishy, but if you are excellent at predicting opponent moves, you can do fine with it.
Personally, I would drop Whisper for Vader to free up more points (to get push the limit on Jax) and then take a healthy initiative bid, possibly proton rockets on Vader? But then again, some people think Vader is too squishy too, so YMMV.
