So the tractor beam unveiling has understandably generated a lot of discussion. Notably the cool movement side effects only affect small ships.

What's the likelihood that the inevitable Scum huge ship will come equipped with a tractor beam that also affects large ships? Perhaps does a point of damage as well? I think reducing agility by 2 dice would be over the top.
