The failing point of the Lambda Shuttle has always been mobility, but now with Electronic Baffle, you can perform a full stop multiple turns in a row, or perform a hard 2 maneuver, and either way you'll still get your action. The Tractor Beam can be especially scary for small based ships, as it can pull ships back into arcs of your bulky brethren, and can be used to point ships in bad directions, which, combined with Tactician, can make life VERY hard for your enemies.

All that said, how do we feel about the above listed Shuttle, knowing that we can run FOUR of them, and that it's 40hp to chew through (some of the chewing you may do yourself, via Baffles)?

Seems a little goofy, but actually...potentially threatening. Like, for serious. Tactician from a single shuttle and Tractor Beam them in front of a debris field, and these babies will be able to eat up Poe, Soontir, Vader, or just about any other tough hombre. In addition to that, maneuvering around these big beefers when there's four of them, and they all have the potential to not move at all....where do you fly?

I think it may be viable. Thoughts?

This. I was experimenting with tractors all day. I think more than 2 is gonna be diminishing returns. ICs otoh are always nuts plus they actually effect large ships.

I've been sitting on this list since we got the Mist Hunter preview. I'm buying 4 of the **** thing so I can have all the baffles and tractors to pull it off. God I love the shuttle way too much..

I mean, I've been thinking about two as you outlined them with a pair of these:

TIE Bomber (Scimitar Squadron) Extra Munitions, Plasma Torpedoes, Cluster Mines, Guidance Chip

The TIEs go first to drop their bombs, then tractor them over the mines, or in front of the mines! Bonus points for multiple Cluster mines!

But this is all theory as I'm not buying a second shuttle, nor am I getting a second Bomber until Imp. Vets comes out. Still, food for thought? You could swap Clusters for Connor Nets (or have one of each, hehehee), or drop to Prox Mines in order to have Photon torpedoes, or if you're worried about TLTs you could go Flechettes/Proximities and upgrade to Gamma Squadron pilots.

LOVE IT! Love my Lambda! I just want to park my Lambda with Baffle + Ion Projector + Mara Jade in front of a ship and they cant move until my Lambda dies, hahahaha. Meanwhile my vultures will be swarming around the prey.

I cant even imagine four Lambdas out there. I would just get a headache trying to think about all the HPs I would have to chew through just to move around the board!

you can fit 7 with deadmans in a list.

or you can run 5 BSS with Deadman and a Khakjsdbkajsdb fighter with assault missiles and chimps

or a Y wing with

This would make the list suck, but such a list would really need to have the Z-95s with Engine Upgrades on them.

I would put Vader in there, because I'm an angry son of a Furiousa.

i would love to run this list, but i own but a single Lambda and but a single mist hunter and but a single phantom.... which means i can only run 1 ship of this list
