Using Wired instead of Ruthless costs you the same but gives you more points to add other rare things.
The temptation is to swarm ships, but I suspect the answer will come from finding all the rare unique release cards out there.

This isn't a bad start although I could see a couple changes:
Add Tactical jammer (Decimator) to ORS
Biggs instead of Tarn (old core). R2-D6 (Transport) Integrated (T70) Cool Hand (Tfo)
Green instead of Sojan w/ refit & test pilot (all Aces still) but you've got 2 points left to fill two EPT and a couple mod slots in the squadron.
May even be able to squeeze some more models requirements in there without making any of them totally useless. Those modifications which can't be used is almost like cheating.

The Stealth Device is much cheaper than that; remember that you can also get it on the Scyk.

That's like asking what the worst possible squadrons are and seeing the HWKs getting loaded with all kinds of expensive stuff they can never hope to use.
I guess the most expensive could be a single core set and how ever much it takes, under the table of course, to have your opponent resign to your insane squad. I could maybe see any 100 point squadron I fly losing to a single TIE fighter if the price was right.
