Yep. Gunner's a second attack (as is BTL-A4)

For that matter, you don't have to attack the same person twice with gunner (unlike TLT or Cluster Missiles).

And if you're really crazy, if you have accuracy corrector as well, you can force your attack to miss. Or even use a TL to 'try' and miss...... I'm guilty of both of those....
