I play Maarek and Juno all the time with TIE/x1, ATC, PTL and TIEmk2.

Works pretty great.

As much as I like the character of Juno, I cant bring myself to put her on the table when for a few points more I can have Vader in my squadron who is much better.

Better?

That depends.

Vader doesn't have a Hard-1, Juno does and she can even change hers to a Hard 3 or keep it as a Hard 2 if need be. PTL and MKII or just VI on Juno is Beast Mode.
