Hello!

I'm going to be the overlord with my friends, but I have questions concerning treasure when making custom adventures:

1- How do you place treasure in a dungeon?

2- How much treasure to place in a room?

3- How do you place treasure andd keep a balance (not to overpower the players or the overlord?

Play a lot if not all, of the official quests first. In other words, get some experience with the game so you have some judgement to use.

Not that most quests can be replayed multiple times because with different heroes and different skills the game will run very differently.

There should be a huge amount of gaming time available before you have any need to start designing your own quests, especially if you have some or all of the expansions.
