Down south in Brighton - if you hop over to Facebook the UK page has a map of players laid out (it was pinned, but may have slipped down due to Store tourney posts)

I've been looking into this as I plan on moving back to the Glasgow area fairly soon, and Esdevium's website lists store championships in Glasgow and Lanark – neither of them terribly close to you unfortunately, but indicators that there are X-Wing players in those areas at least.
