Has anyone physically put a Twin Laser turret (from a K-Wing) onto a Ywing? I think It would fit.

It would be halfway to being a BTL-B from the clone wars! I don't have a lot of skill in kitbashing, especially tiny miniatures like these, or I would have done it long ago.

In space, you don't need aerodynamics, **** it man, bolt all that **** on there you want, doesn't matter the size! BIGGER GUNS MORE DAKKA!!

To me the 'TLT; is a class of weapon, they dont all look like the ones on the kwing.

No reason why the existing two barrelled weapon on top of the y wing cant be a twin laser turret.

I cant see the point in modelling stuff like that at this scale, especially when you'd have to trash a £16 K wing to do such a tiny conversion.

Might be worth doing with half of a bead headed pin and some wire but cutting up a ship for an *optional* upgrade.. nah cant see me doing that

And now all I can think about is cutting up my K-Wing to mod a Y-Wing

And then a decent counter comes up in a future expansion, and you never use TLT again lol

It'd fit better on top of the Astro; I'd probably go that route.

If I were rich I might consider doing that as I already kind of want to streamline my existing K-wings with *a lot* of cutting.
