if you change Ello to bb-8 + PTL, the stress Y could be a good addition to the two T-70s (have to bump Poe down to r5-p9)
I like your Poe and Han list but if I ran it I would rather have R5-P9 on Poe instead of R2-D2 since Poe will almost always have a focus token to spend on regenerating his shield and now you are not limited to making a green maneuver in order to regen, but I guess thats just a matter of taste.
I also feel that between Han's natural ability and Predator, you are not very likely to miss, so Gunner may be a bit of a waste, but I see what you're doing with it so it may not be a complete waste. I dunno, its 5 points to play with.
Maybe swap R2-D2 with R5-P9 on Poe and then swap Gunner with R2-D2 crew card to give Han some more staying power. That would also leave you with a 2 point initiative bid, which is nice since your 2 ships are PS 9 and 10.

Usually Poe will be the high priority target, and Ello can do an awful amount of damage.
