Is there any EU stuff about boarding parties using shuttles?

Some thing like "If shuttle starts it's activation touching a ships base, you may remove the shuttle and inflict one face up damage card selected from the top # cards of the opponents damage deck."

Or you can send a boarding party from a ship with the Storm trooper up grade if you are at range 1, target is at speed 1 and you tractored the target this turn.

Techincally it's an MC80A. They were described in (the no longer canon) Essential Guide to Warfare and its author's end notes, as "lean, combat focused variant cruiser", compared to the regular MC80 (Liberty type) which were refitted cruise liners and Home One type MC80 which was an Exploration and Starfighter carrier ship

If the rumors about Lando being in episode VIII and the role he'll be playing that I read on the EOE board are correct I could see a Lando commander in whatever wave comes out about episode VIII.

Same as the Borg should have been in Attack Wing: During the command phase choose one ship. That ship is destroyed. Not very fun to play against is it? That's why it will never be in Armada.

Ion cannon and death star could make interesting objectives.

Ion cannon:

At the start of the game nominate one ship as your objective ship.

At the start of the ship phase pick one enemy medium or large ship. Change the top command to engineering and that ship may not make any anti ship attacks this round.

If you are able to fly your objective ship off the table within the enemy deployment zone area you deduct the points for your ship from your opponents score. Doesn't count as destroyed.

Thematically ship is disabled but not destroyed (could possibly do something with shields?) Your objective is to get away rather than engage.

Death star (Imperial only)

Place Death star counter outside the deployment zone.

At the start of the ship phase pick a medium or large ship that is not obstructed, or within distance short-long of any friendly ships or the death star counter. Role 6B and apply damage as normal (would need to work out something).

At the start of the squadron phase any non engaged squadron with "Bomber" that is within distance 1 of the death star counter may make a trench run. Roll anti ship attack as normal. Apply x points to death star.

If Death star is destroyed you loose the game.

Thematically this tempts the opponent to engage the enemy fleet at point blank range. Smaller more agile ships can't be targeted. You take a big risk if you don't provide squadron support to you Death Star.
