So I'm looking for a low blow deck (from RD days).

Which symbol has the best low attacks? keep in mind I'm looking at 18 to 20 of them for 1 symbol.

any funny cards I should add inside?

atoning for wicked deeds

Well, if you want to stomp them in the nuts, Death is pretty ballin'.

Mighty Knee Strike (need a Throw for the Combo, but still), Spinning Demon, Wipe the Floor are **** good. Leg Slash is a good vanilla attack that hits for 3L5 off a 4 Dfif, and you get access to Swing Kick * which ends strings beautifully.

My Heihachi off of fire runs all low attacks...i can get you a list, and i run 18 attacks could run 20
