I want to ask:

When you activate battle meditation for a specific range (let's say short range) and one of the targets moves away (let's say medium range), does that target keep the benefits of battle medidation?

Example:

Brad activates the basic battle medidation power with one range upgrade while Bob is in short range with him; then Bob's turn comes up (during the same round) and he moves one range band away (now being at medium range in relation to Brad) and attacks a stormtrooper. Does Bob gets the extra success or not?

My assumption is that you need to remain within range of the power for it to work. It's not a one-time buff but a constant effect.

Actually, is explained on the power itself: "Commit OOO to sustain the ongoing effects of the power on each affected target while it remains in range"

It's a different upgrade but yeah I agree with you, it makes sense.
