Mangler Ten is pretty god at this. Just make sure Fel doesn't have a TIE Fighter escort.

I've actually taken to using a low PS prox mine carrier as my ace Hunter instead of getting into the PS war. It's been working rather well. Adds insult to injury that your opponent rolls the red dice for it. The look of " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" when you drop one on their Fel and they roll two hits and a crit is delicious.

The fact that the target of the bomb rolls the dice for it makes the Emperor even more important for keeping Soontir alive.

Deathrain lets you drop a bomb out the front, and then barrel roll to the side to avoid flying into it. That's why I like him!

With Experimental and Advanced, you can boost forward closer to a target and drop a bomb on them before barrel rolling and revealing a green maneuver to remove the stress.
