I've searched and searched for a deck builder and I can't find one where I can input the card packs that I own. I can only find ones that allow me to choose from all cards. Is there one out there that will allow me to input the cards in my collection?

Every deckbuilder I've used allows you to filter the cardlist by pack. I think perhaps you're just missing the function?

For example, when building on NetrunnerDB, click 'sets' on the top right (just above the card entry box) and you can filter to view only the sets you own. Then when you filter the card list by faction/card type/influence count or anything else, it only chooses from those select sets.
