Mine hold 4 defense and 4 command tokens

Some people color the command token sides and flip them in place to show whether they are in play or not but I just keep one of each in the slot and then throw it on the ship card when the token is in play.

the upgrade template can also hold up to 4 objective tokens which is handy for several objectives

We can print half decks so you can load upgrade cards up on 1 ship.

The word Armada can't be trademarked do the historical significance and broad term. If he puts Star War Armada then he can have issue. But Armada deck trays compatible with FF Star Wars Armada game will get him in no actual trouble. I stayed a a holiday inn express once so you can bank on that.

If those were wood with angled slide in half 1/2 circle spaces for the command tokens, big enough for plastic card holders on ship cards and FF upgrade card sleeves sleeves, had a small ridge running down the center of each defense token so you could the one side down to pop the on edge up I would would by 10-16 of these. Oh, and like another member mentioned also had a slot for the ship ID. 6 inches wide and long enough for up to 6 upgrades. I would buy some that were 2 upgrades, 4, and a few 6s. I can dream of perfection. Any would workers out there. Too bad I sold my woodshed....****.
